1. Reception and Information
The reception and information service is on 23 and 24 April in front of the Nicolae Balcescu
Hall, Level P, Palace of Parliament.

2. Documents
Conference documents will be available at the reception and information service.

3. Identification
Participants are asked to wear their conference ID badges at all meetings and events. You
should have your personal ID cards/passports with you at all times in case of security
checks. If you lose your conference ID badge please report this immediately to the reception
and information service. Access to the conference rooms as well as to any of the events
scheduled in the evenings can only be granted on showing the conference ID badge.

There will be no accompanying persons programme. For security reasons only participants of
the conference will be allowed to enter the Palace of Parliament.

4. Meeting Rooms
The meetings will be carried out mainly at the Nicolae Balcescu Hall, Level P.

The workshops will take place in Room 4113, Level 4 and in the Nicolae Balcescu Hall, Level P.

Press Conference will take place in the Spiru Haret Hall, Level P.

 

5. Press
Journalists are asked to register at the reception and information service.

6. Social Functions
Admission to receptions is limited to officially invited guests. Participants are asked to wear
their conference ID badges, since otherwise they cannot be admitted.

7. Transport
A free shuttle service will be provided between the hotels and the Palace of Parliament.
A shuttle service will be also available for the City-Tour and to the Dinner in the restaurant.

Participants are asked to wear their conference ID badges visibly when using the shuttle
services and throughout the conference programme.

Participants are requested to book the hotel rooms on their own. With the following hotels
